No offense intended but I saw posts like yours on DUmmies about Obama. He was always way ahead of his detractors, playing 3D chess, etc. That is not a place I want to come from.

The difference being that they were deluding themselves about an actually ignorant chimp. The two are not comparable.
To conflate the two is an absolute abortion of logic, and an exercise in intellectual dishonesty. As far as you "not wanting to come from that place," I really wouldn't worry about it. You clearly aren't equipped for that to be a realistic concern.
Think first, then type. If you need to, consult someone who uses informed rationale instead of emotional superstition.

I wouldn't be overly concerned with that, either. Sometimes imbeciles actually benefit from well-placed insults. Conversely, as in my case, for the absolutely brilliant, insults are like water off the back of a duck. I'm built to absorb huge chasms of abysmal ignorance and give off pure light in return.
