I have been saying since they first started pushing Gore-Bull Warming that increases in the temperature of earth would be beneficial to humans.
More land would become habitable, more land would be cultivatable, fewer people would freeze to death.
Cold kills.
Duh!!!
But remember, Global Warming (TM) also makes it cooler. And milder in various parts. So, our theory of Global Warming can be used to explain anything. It’s incredible!
Like how Al Gore’s huge house, Leonardio DiCaprio’s huge ocean-vessel rental, Barbara Streisand’s big house and how Michael Moore’s gigantic houses all are environmentally-friendly!

As Al Gore says, global warming gives the whole planet a “fever”, and with the whole planet feeling feverish, it’s likely to give that fever to all who live in it. Thus, more chances of dying of the planetary fever.
Food production does NOT like cold weather.
The left should have invented global cooling instead of global warming-it would be easier to sell. Maybe they just misspoke...

My reasoning is pretty simple; It takes less energy to heat hot air than is does to cool cold air.
Now of course you do not add energy to cool cold air. Rather you have to take energy out of the cold air to cool it more. So it all boils down to how many calories are needed to go from say 104F to 105F? How many calories do you need remove to cool -10F to -11F? I content that many more calories need to be removed to get from -10 to -11F than need to be added go from 104 to 105F. Maybe even X times as many.
FYI google was not particularly helpful, wanted to find a calculator for air temps but failed. I found a few things but none since to take air density into account. Cold air I would think is much more dense than hot air.
