I'm embarrassed that I ever thought well of Trent Lott. He proved to be the very stereotype of the crooked, back-stabbing RINO. I am very glad he's now out of office.

In the era of Trump, his effectiveness as a lobbyist will likely be greatly diminished. The old party is over. Trump is setting a new table with The People at the head.
