It’s questionable whether he existed, the Koran was assembled more than 100 years after he supposedly lived and all competing versions were destroyed. While “Muhammad” is only mentioned four times in the Koran, Jesus is referenced 24 times. There is also archeological evidence that the Dome of the Rock was built as a Christian Church originally, and converted into a mosque after moslem conquest of the Holy Land.
