Free gun locks!
Just pick them up outside the homes of the offensive line in their garbage cans.................

Ain’t my team, but...I like him! Gun locks aren’t in and of themselves a bad thing IMO, but...if they came from a liberal busybody group like this, they would go into the can if I even accepted them.

How do you gift a gun without running into the “straw purchaser” thing?

A lock is included in the box when purchasing a new firearm.

The purchase must be intended as a legitimate gift, and not for purpose of evading intent of straw purchase prohibition. Fine line, but that is my understanding.
To: Red Badger
I save the lock each time I purchase a new firearm. Someday I hope to make them in to some kind of pro-second amendment sculpture.

Very cool and thoughtful gift.
They can get together on a sunny day for some shooting sports.
Good times with teammates off the playing field.

Not everywhere.
Some states also require a spent casing to be packaged with handguns as proof the firearm discharges ok.
Every state is different.

How do you gift a gun without running into the straw purchaser thing? Simple answer; the only thing you can accept in return for the gift is the gratitude of the person receiving it.

Wentz is a hunter, so this sounds about right. This way, the boys can come out with him sometime and use their own weapons. Nice.

With a record of 6-9, maybe its a hint to the offensive line that that’s what they need to be able to protect him in the pocket ....

“How do you gift a gun........”
Reminded me of an incident that happened to a friend of my father’s years ago. He gave his son in law a Browning over/under for a wedding present. The groom wasn’t very gun savvy and took it as a “shotgun wedding” joke. Luckily someone quickly informed him that a Browning Citori was by no means a gag gift.
