a viable two-state solution that would end the conflict. One has to make a choice between settlements and separation."
Can someone in the Obama administration please explain what this "viable two-state solution" looks like and how it can be expected to end the Middle East conflict.

Re two-state solution: I’m not against the Palestinians having their own homeland somewhere, but they can’t have Israel.
