This is certainly not what the Founders intended. It most certainly IS what The Founders intended: To keep one or two very populous states from running roughshod over all the others................

Twice in recent memory, a majority of American voters cast their vote for the losing presidential candidate
That's not true. In both cases, a majority of Amreican voters voted for someone other than the loosing ( and winning ) candidate.

“Twice in recent memory, the popular vote was stolen by RATS and their millions of illegal alien voters, Soros manufactured voting machines that flipped votes for the Republican to the democrat, and vast numbers of voters voting repeatedly in the names of celebrities and deceased voters.”

He just doesn’t understand our constitution. Is he so ignorant that he thinks he can change to 12th amendment with “legislation”? He must be trolling for dollars from devastated lefties so he can pay his wife to manage the money.

I remember many posts during the election about how folks was seeing Hillary ads in safe blue states, like California and Illinois. Now we know why. It was an effort to run up the popular vote in her favor. Republicans could play that game too if needed.
