Fewer than three per cent of the 1.2 million migrants who came to Germany in the last two years have found employment, newly released government figures show.
Of the 34,000 who have managed to find a job within the last 11 months, nearly a quarter (22 per cent) are on temporary contracts, according to statistics from the German governments Institute for Labour Research (IAB).
A further 20 per cent are on zero hours contracts. 57 per cent of those falling into these two categories are employed in the hospitality industry, Süddeutsche Zeitung has reported.
The figures pertained to migrants from the eight major asylum countries of origin including Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

Big Media will use this headline to insist that we must reduce the 97% unemployment rate of the “refugees”.
That like saying jobs to dig holes and fill them back in is a “net good.”
They will make up for it in volume.

1,200,000 ‘refugees’ got in.
36,000 got jobs (mostly low wage).
60,000 gov jobs were created to handle them.
The math points to simple German idiocy.
What would make anyone think that they came here (or went there) to work? Mexicans, Central; and South Americans, Irish, Italians, to the U.S., yes. But Muslim so-called refugees to Germany, the U.K., here or anywhere? Work would be a punishment!
They specifically flocked to countries that had the best welfare benefits and purposely avoided the ones that were more “austere.” There were numerous interviews with these “refugees” where they outright said this.
