Easy to earmark the repeal of that 1953 law , when Obama care is repealed.

There is no provision in the law that allows the executive's successor to repeal the decision, so President-elect Donald Trump would not be able to easily brush aside the action.

How many laws have a specific, "It's OK for another President to undo what a previous one has done" provision? I wonder what the real original intent was - hard to believe that, 63 years ago, they pout in a "trigger" law so some future President could make irreversible decisions on something like this.

Has anyone read the law to see what it says?

Perhaps...

But I think:

1. A counter-suit for payment of the government’s legal fees (with a requirement that the “plaintiff” file a “bond” for those fees) and

2. An intense investigation into whether that “plaintiff” received any Saudi money (as has been alleged by an anonymous source) and

3. An intense investigation to learn why the “plaintiff” has not yet registered as a “foreign agent”

will restore some balance.

Environmentalists have overstayed their welcome.

Mainly because the only 'green' they care about is the spendable kind.

If they were truly interested in the 'environment', they would go after those companies and countries that put actual pollution (bad stuff) in the air and ground, rather than those that emit things like CO2.

The people in China aren't wearing FILTER MASKS because of the CO2.
