Democrats Make DARING Impeachment Move – Give Trump 2 Choices

Ever since Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton in last month’s presidential election, liberals have been whining about how “unfair” this result is. Now, the Democrat lawmakers in Congress have launched a sick plan against Trump before he’s even inaugurated that may result in his impeachment.

Right Wing News reported that Sen. Elizabeth Warren is working on a bill that would force President-elect Donald Trump, future FLOTUS Melania Trump, their youngest son Barron, Vice President-elect Mike Pence and his wife Karen Pence to put their assets into a blind trust. This would prevent any conflict of interest during Trump’s presidency while also preventing any political appointee from having any interaction with businesses controlled by the Trump family.

The bill will make it so that if Trump and his family refuse to comply, he will be impeached immediately. However, the president-elect is expected to announce how he will deal with this issue sometime this week.

Warren’s efforts to bring about this bill are supported by Sens. Ben Cardin, D-MD.; Chris Coons, D-DE.; Dick Durbin, D-IL.; and Jeff Merkley, D-OR.

It is just now settling in as to how diferent the elite’s world will be with Trump in Ogffice.

I think they underestimated the appointments and the kind of consequences each might have.

Now it is staring them in the face.

And even if it gets by the house, it wouldn't get past a veto. They may as well try to pass a Bill of Attainder.

Meanwhile Dems have actual conflicts of interest!

al estate giant chaired by Richard Blum, the husband of California Sen. Dianne Feinstein, is cashing in on a new federal crisis.
Just a few years after the firm now known as CBRE Group collected more than $108 million from a contract to help the FDIC sell foreclosed properties, the company owned in part by Blum is selling off old post offices under an exclusive contract with the financially struggling U.S. Postal Service, records show.
Officials for the Postal Service, Feinstein’s office and Blum’s company say the contract signed in 2011 with CBRE involved no political influence and was awarded to CBRE after a competitive process that involved six other firms.
Ironically, Feinstein tried unsuccessfully to block the sale of the post offices before her husband’s firm won the contract. And the Postal Service says the decision to sell the buildings, some of them designated as historic sites or located in prime downtown locations, was purely financial.
“One way the Postal Service is saving money and generating revenue is by selling properties that were determined to be unneeded for current operations,” Postal Service spokeswoman Sue Brennan told the Washington Guardian. “Reducing the number of properties the Postal Service owns contributes significantly to the bottom line — in ter

Why "DARING" and not "BAT**** CRAZY"?

(I suppose the Democrats don't have anything better to do. And won't for at least the next 4 years.)

Bill Clinton used blind trusts while he was in office, as did George W. Bush. When Hillary Clinton launched her first presidential run in 2007, she went so far as to liquidating her blind trust to eliminate any investments that might create a problem down the road. Since then, she has kept the proceeds in bank accounts, treasury notes and mutual funds.

Outside of the blind trusts that held their investments, the Bushes and Clintons kept personal real estate, cash accounts, life insurance, bonds and mutual funds. The Obamas bucked the trend when they decided against using blind trusts, but their mix of bank accounts, treasury notes, index funds and college savings was unlikely to pose a direct conflict of interest.

Isn't that a Bill of Attainder?

Article I §9 paragraph 3: "No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed."

All members of congress must be required to put all their holdings in a blind trust. This includes staffers and aids etc.

So Melania and his kids lose all their property rights, because of the job a relative was hired to do. Yeah, that’s gonna be legal.

Banana republic.

And to add to the charade we have Chris Coons, the Delaware Obama lapdog, yapping away at Trump but he turned a blind eye to the Clinton Foundation. Hope the Republican majority finds its cajones and slaps down this little wimp and Fauxahontas.
