Actually Obama's desired transformation of the USA to Socialism has failed, is always apparent when listening to him.

He is now attempting to define the Electoral College which he just said favors the opposition....he isn't calling off the dogs....he is actually fanning the fire in a casual way.............like encouraging BLM...he just can't except his party's loss of the election.
