It’s better to avoid sugars most of the time and occasionally have some as a treat. All sugars cause the same insulin reaction. Even Honey and fruit. Natural yes, but your body cannot tell the difference.

There’s a lot of research out there beginning to show that some types of Alzheimer’s might be a type 3 diabetes.

Even artificial sweetners...the body "thinks" it's sugar...instant insulin reaction.

Yes, I rarely eat sweets, but occasionally I love cheesecake or chocolate.
