honest to god cream in my coffee. Butter on my biscuit and whole milk with my cereal.

Your brain loves fat. Fat is good for you.

Alot of the fatfree products add sugar to give it flavor.

Fat gives food flavor.

Fat is also very good for your skin and hair. It has been my experience that those whom I have known to follow low-fat diets have skin problems, such as psoriasis and wrinkles.

I'm 72. Still drink whole milk, milk in my coffee, all my vegies have lotsa butter, olive oil. No rice with my stir fry...But you gotta have le spaghet with sauce. I've even stopped having my macaroni with my soup.

Steak/beef, shrimp, pork chops, chicken....every week.
