Yes, bacon for sure! I save that for the weekend. During the week, my breakfast is whole fat yogurt/skyr with blueberries and an egg or two. On the weekends, it’s fried slabs of bacon and then I cook the eggs in the grease. I then wrap bacon and cheese into thick slices of swiss cheese. So good.
