Why Butter is good for you.

Mmmm hard to choose, eggs, bacon, ribs, catfish, ham, peanut butter, turkey, chicken, cheese, are the top of my food list.
I refuse to eat margarine can’t digest it, taste nasty. I do occasionally cheat with a piece of cheesecake.
The more sugar or carbs regardless of source and the lbs start climbing.
I was reading one of those “What to Eat and When” clickbait blurbs the other night (it was 0345 and very quiet at work). I get to “Late night snacks” and it tells me to eat “low-fat, high-carb”.
That makes NO sense to me, as carbs convert to sugar, which are then converted to fat due to inactivity. A high-protein late snack makes more sense, as the body has to expend energy to digest it. Then again, I’m not a nutritionist (coffee causes colon cancer/coffee cures stomach cancer, eggs are bad/eggs are good, fat is bad/fat is good, eat only veggies/meat is vital).
Then again, this was from a clickbait site, so I shouldn’t be surprized by inaccuracies.
Bookmarked.
