The outrage is over hillary's private server and the lack of real security on that and other email servers containing sensitive or embarrassing information. The other outrage is the stuff that's revealed in the emails. It doesn't much matter who hacked it. If whoever didn't hadn't done so, someone else would have.
There is something to be outraged about. Leaks about how many CIA briefings DJT has and about how State Department employees expect their traditional role to go unchallenged are real inapproproiate for organizations involved with the nation's secrets. They're behaving like a shadow gov that can't be toppled. JMHO
