Why add K2...I’m taking D3 to help absorb better. I can’t eat much of anything with yeast or I will taste it for hours. A friend at my past work has severe pancreas problems and has saved her own life by her own diet she figured out. She told me to take D3 for my problem. She figured with my father dying of Pancreatic cancer I might have a weakness in the pancreas and to limit yeast. She advised D3 to help me absorb my foods.
I am sure I am not going to be able to explain it fully to you, but there are many articles about why K2 needs to be taken with D3. It has something to do with the effects of D3 and calcium being deposited exactly where we don’t want it to be: in the joints, and how K2 stops it from happening.
