Several wonderful THANK YOU rallies have been held and Nikos1121 has been a trooper to again keep the rally threads posted. There will be some overlap with the two threads but we will keep these going for the NON RALLY DAYS..

One of my brother-in-laws bought a Pontiac Grand Am from a grandfater who said he didn't want his grand son in the car again. One week and the car ended up under a semi truck. Grand son was fine fortunately. So my brother-in-law offered him 350.00 to take the car. the garage spent over two years finding a hood and parts. On graduation day he was given the car ($1200.00) is like being given the car. The hood they found was beautiful. The hardest thing was the passenger side mirror to find.
The car made it through college and four years later my son hit the back end of a car that suddenly stopped on a bridge. That tap and it was not more than a tap was too much.

Yeah, I still remember big Cadillacs spinning their wheels in icy parking lots in Chicago, but my stick shift 64 Corvair could go around them like it was a dry summer day. All because it had lot of weight on rear wheels with the rear air-cooled engine, which required no anti-freeze or water pump and hoses to leak. But then I got some raises and splurged on a brand new Impala with all the goodies.

Sitting here shaking my head. This country is in horrible shape and I feel for Donald having to work so hard trying to see through all the stupidness. If stupidness isn’t a word it should be.
Ours was a 1963 Corvair. My parents loved that little “engine in the back” car, even though it was constantly breaking down. My dad bought another corvair and had it towed to our driveway so he could use it to pick off parts to repair ours.
Our neighbors had a corvair also, I think it was a 1966, and also a little red Renault. If i remember correctly (I was just a little kid), that car also got up our hill very well. Did it also have an engine in the back? I seem to remember that it did.
Does anyone have an idea as to why DJT’s 3 eldest children are in attendance at this meeting? I’m trying to get a handle on what their roles are and are going to be.
They are did a super job campaigning for their dad. DJT said the two sons will run the company, with Ivanka being First Daughter and DJT says hopefully more (whatever that entails).
But right now, I am a little confused why they are attending this meeting.

Just got up from a nap, talked for 1/2 hour to my sister who lives in Utah.
Her oldest daughter, who is brilliant, turns out to be a snowflake.
Can’t believe it, she has turned on the family, horrible deplorable conservatives that we all are.
She did tell my sister she would come for Christmas but everybody better just shut the heck up.
However, daughter doesn’t keep hers shut.
My sister is devastated, wondering how she raised this person and how an election can tear apart a family.
Will be praying triple hard for my niece.

Should be a lot colder here in the mountains and I’m loving being able to Christmas shop and what not without freezing my patootie off.
For years, the CIA has conducted this kind of behavior directed at other countries. Now we find they are so out of control, they have no reservations about turning against their fellow citizens.
I expect a long awaited and much deserved “Mother of All Flushes” when DJT becomes President.
OK, let me get this right, this administration is blaming the Russians for hacking our elections while all along DHS had been hacking our election.

Remember his kids would talk about their dad letting them sit in on business deals from the time they were young? They’re still his kids and he’s just continuing his practice. I doubt they said a word.

BUY AMERICAN and HIRE AMERICAN!
Have started looking at labels with BUY American in mind !
The first car I bought was a pristine 1930 red Model-A Ford roadster. Had a rumble seat and front wheel well tires. Cost $75. Had mechanical brakes kicked back at you.
