Same reason blacks commit any crimes - the last two or three generations have been raised like animals. Feral.
Ever look at prison pictures taken before 1965? The vast majority of prisoners are white.

Can’t argue with that. It’s my take as well.

LBJ did Blacks no favors here, and as I understand it, it took Republicans to get the things passed.

Democrats wouldn’t do it on their own.
