Hunter had no response when I asked him what he would do with the visa overstays. His solution of building the fence only answers part of the problem.
After Tancredo left Congress in 2009, Steve King was the best in the House on immigration issues.
You are wrong. Tancredo sponsored a mere fraction of the legislation dealing with illegals that Hunter did. Hunter was fighting his own party on this before King or Tancredo were in office. There is no person on this earth that knows Hunter’s and King’s and Tancredo’s record on immigration better than I do. Hunter never once differentiated his ‘deport em all’ stance between border jumpers or visa jumpers. He is the author of the True Enforcement Immigration bill which had been introduced multiple times. It deals with ALL illegals.
One section of Hunter’s TRUE Enforcement proposed bill:
Revises visa and alien status provisions, including: (1) visa waiver program suspension; (2) diversity immigrant program elimination; (3) family sponsored immigrant allocations; and (4) visa compliance bonds.
