What would an organized crime family do when they talk about moving contraband items in the clear?
Maybe they'd use a code. Maybe, to make the code simple, they'd reuse the same code words depending upon the context of the illegal activity they’re engaged in.
Maybe, to obfuscate things for outsides, they'd even use the code words when talking about legal activity... as well.
If you are going to accuse here, I might suggest you learn to accuse more knowledgeably.
My clients, before I retired, were two physicians who had learned of one of their patient’s prior illegal and immoral conduct, that was no longer being repeated, and these physicians needed clarification on their legal and ethical responsibilities.
