Why wouldn’t he dissolve his order thereby allowing appeals court denial of Stein to go into effect?? Why would he wait until an appeal to the state Supreme Court?
Stein’s Lawyers will argue that they haven’t exhausted their legal remedies in MI, so under the same logic that Goldschmidt issued the original order, he will tell them the recount is to continue.
They are Demonrats. It is who they are. It is what they do. What can be stolen, MUST be stolen or the Demonrats will die trying.
