The counting may be stopped but there may be some further last ditch manouevers in the courts.

The State should stiff arm the Feds on the recount, but definitely leave the door open to investigate the Fraud in the various precincts.

Her only other play is the Michigan Supreme Court. No way she wins that.
The Feds, other than dissolving the order, aren’t going to touch it at this point.

Violating the order of a federal judge can net you prison time.
No one here is gonna stop counting until Goldsmith says we can.
