Then they can continue to count all they want for the purpose of playing it safe if they choose, but the results of the recount are now null and void, as the recount has been ruled illegal. Because of the MI court ruling, I think we’ll see a quick ruling by the federal judge or the federal appeals court if the judge fails to cooperate.
