That is fantastic news . I assume he had pro hac vici but this is abuse of process in the extreme lacking any possible merit. In Federal court this would be actionable per Rule 11 for a certainty. Good luck and keep us posted. It is fun watching this fish flopping to death on the beach.

The problem with 11 is that, in the real world, it usually requires repetitive behavior, after a caution, then an admonishment, etc.

Regarding his web site; a typical person might reasonably infer they were getting legal services from him.

Ergo, the public good requires the public be protected!
