They need to modify the law to include saying ..."if the number recorded in the poll book does not match the number recorded on the machines, then the election officials at that poll shall be subject to prosecution for election tampering."

It's not someone walking in off the streets who has all of these ballots to feed in. It doesn't happen without the election officials knowledge.

Absolutely!!! I have a feeling some of these “blue strongholds” are going have audits after Jan 20, 2017.

When I was a pole watcher evey one was watching like hawks.

When I saw a black woman come in saying she wanted to vote, she asked if one of the white guys would help her read the ballot. He said he would do that and then, in front of everybody, he asked if she wanted to vote Democrat (he asked her nothing else). She said yes. He then took her hand and as she gripped the pencil (yes, pencil)tightly he pulled her hand down the page hitting every appropriate Dem circle. So she got to vote and I reported him.

I was never asked to poll watch again.

“then the election officials at that poll shall be subject to prosecution for election tampering”

+1

... and election tampering should be a capital offense, punishable by public hanging.
