Jill might not want to look too carefully at how the votes got counted in Detroit... Back in 2012 there were precincts in big cities, not necessarily Detroit, where Obama won 100% of the vote and or voter turnout was 105% of registered voters and everyone just said “sure that sounds legit”

This is a case of “careful what you pray for, you just might get it”.
Unintended consequences. Clearly there is something wrong with a system where every single time you count a finite number of objects (ballots) you come up with a different number.
The democrats view votes as how many are available, not how many people actually cast their votes. They do it right out in the open too.
I agree, and ALL states need to take this as a heads-up to get their election and recount procedures in order. Wisconsin did so in 2011 after the first statewide recount in 100+ years and has tweaked it again, and will again after this. It should represent “best practices”.
No state should allow a recount unless there is substantial evidence that fraud or error has occurred, and should be limited to only those candidates who have a reasonable probability of winning in a recount. In other words, not Stein.
She claims she is upset over Russian hacking. Why then protest outside Trump's place? She should be at the Russian embassy. She sounds like a loony.
