We have to get rid of welfare as it is and force people to WORK. No sit on your ass, smoke a camel-this is the promised land progressive crap. They either work or starve.
Once our economy is firing on all cylinders, I recommend doing away with 85% of Welfare. I don’t know what figure is totally reasoned, but it would be my guess about 85% of it is not justified.
