PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Green Party-backed lawyers want a federal judge to order a recount of Pennsylvania's Nov. 8 presidential election result, won by Republican Donald Trump.

A federal lawsuit filed Monday morning in Philadelphia names state elections officials and says Pennsylvania's barriers to a recount violate voters' constitutional rights.

> Ultimately these recounts will die in an appeals court.

Don't be too sure, since it very well could end up being deadlocked in the Supreme Court since Scalia is not there ...

This morning an Obama-appointed Federal judge in Michigan granted the bitch her wish and today Michigan begins a full state wide recount of the vote, inspite of state officials saying there was no irregularities in voting anywhere in the state. It’ll cost US taxpayers 10 million dollars. This fraud is being committed also in PA and Wisconsin. Unless a Federal judge rules for Trump to stop the theft, before it’s over all three states will be “won” by Clinton. The fraud recounts are being ignored by the media. They’ll all act surprised when they declare Hillary Clinton the next president. I’m surprised Fox is ignoring this rapidly developing huge story, but then again Fox is owned by globalist Murdoch, who wanted Clinton to win.

Every voter has a constitutional right to a recount until the side they voted for wins. Brownian motion will determine the victor, either that or who gives up first.

“A judge is going to really have to do some legal gymnastics to rule in her favor in the PA case. Not saying it won’t happen, but it would be interesting to see the legal argument.”

If the judge was appointed by Obama get ready for a state wide recount in PA. I’ve also read that if she doesn’t get the recount in PA she’ll appeal to the Supreme Court. The theft is on and for Fox News and the others to ignore the story is BS. But then again they all want Clinton to win, and it’s all about her winning. Stein is her flunky.

Curiously Trump himself seems unconcerned.

I’m not too worried. Frankly, they should be more worried about what will happen if this ends up with Hillary winning. You don’t disenfranchise half the population of the country in such an overt way without consequences. This is especially true if that side is the armed side as opposed to the precious snowflake side.

When push comes to shove, one side organises protests. The other side - when they get to that point - becomes a bit more aggressive. e.g. the bundy ranch.

I’m not saying you’re wrong, but PA law is quite clear regarding deadlines, what triggers a recount, etc. He/she would have to rule that the taxpayers of PA are required to pay the bond for recount rather than her. I just don’t see how that flies since she doesn’t meet PA’s 0.5% margin for the automatic recount. I suppose the judge could rule that the 0.5% margin is somehow wrong, but it’s really dangerous to interfere with state election laws and not the issue being brought before the judge.

I’m actually torn between thinking it would be better to just do the recount and get it over with versus fight it because we’re in the right. WI laws were also quite clear. Crazy, but clear. Stein followed the law and is getting what she paid for. I’m actually enjoying it because it shows the American people how accurate election day tabulations are.

Dovetails with my view of what will eventually happen to Muslims.

They keep provoking a global fight in which they are outnumbered 6:1.

When the opposing side finally is resolved to do something, it won’t end well for them.

There is a youtube video that shows a simple animated graphic of the battles started by Islam and then the battles started by the Crusades to push them back. It’s pretty comical.

Hundreds of years of Muslims pushing and pushing and taking ground. Then the Crusades start and by teatime islam is pushed back to the Geographical hell hole it now enjoys.

One might argue that the Left, who lost, are egging on a potential armed conflict. They WANT there to be civil unrest.

After the election, they tried to stoke the fire by using paid/fake protestors as “seed” for the fire. But the snowflakes/sjw were content in just licking their wounds and sulking. So, in order to move this further, then use the courts.

Use the Green party to do all the dirty work. If the greens get busted for illegal actions, then it is insulated from the Dems.

The Democrats are very motivated now, well funded, have blackmail over tens of thousands of people in the country that will do whatever they are told. The Dems know that if Trump takes office, there is a very good chance of exposure for illegal activity and jail time.

Don’t be surprised later when it turns out that many of the “comprimised” are “Gop/conservatives”. Everyone “does it” you know.....

:: In Pennsylvania, she failed to do the above, withdrew her petition on Saturday for an appearance today before state election officials there, did not have sufficient funds to post the bond, was already turned down by a judge in Montgomery County for a recount there due to lack of evidence ::

this would be known, in the legal world, as “precedence”.
DISMISSED!

He should be, very much so, but I believe him being less vocal about it at this juncture is best. His team should be very aggressive in the background. The more people hear him making appointments, the worse it (civil unrest) would be for the dems if they pulled anything off, which I currently handicap at 1 in 25 chance. Him speaking with Taiwan pres, the Carrier announcement, were very smart moves from this approach. It further cements the concept of him as president.

I’d like to see some real numbers to prove how many illegal votes there were. I do not think it is likely to me millions but may be a significant number.

Best thing Trump did in this regard was that rally in Cincy.
Let the opposition SEE what they’ll be up against.
