This will most definitely not happen. The vast majority of Americans will have moved on and will be paying zero attention to this kind of blatant try by the left to discredit Trump.

Michigan’s supreme court is looking at it now. With any luck the judges will tell the federal circuit to piss up a rope.

I don’t understand the concern people have about the cost of the recount and who will pay for it. The people wanting the recount have no concern at all over the cost or who pays for it. None. Liberals and crooks, and I repeat myself, never have any concern over what taxpayers have to pay. The more the better.

According to his order, the Fed Judge ordered that the recount start “must continue until further order of this court.” (”In ordering the recount to begin at noon Monday, rather than Wednesday morning under the two-day waiting period the state planned to observe, Goldsmith ordered the recount, once started, “must continue until further order of this court.”) Essentially, he removed the matter from the state courts and the count has to continue until he orders it stopped - not likely - or, he is over-ruled by the 6th Circuit.
The recount should not include votes using the provisional ballot affidavit when the voter did not provide ID within the 10 days they were given.
The 6th circuit is loaded with conservative judges. The judge that ordered this is under them.
Hopefully they will be asked to stay this judges decision.
How is it possible to look at a blank bubble and determine what was in the mind of the voter, other than the voter did not mark it?

Michigan’s supreme court is composed of 2 democrats and 5 republicans. If the supremes throw the recount out the leftist socialist liberals will whizzed off and MSM TV stars (can’t call them reporters) will be crying in their double mouca capichinos on live TV... AGAIN.

Hopefully Trump can remove this and other judges who clearly do not have a sound mind from which to judge.
I read Clinton removed many judges and then appointed ones he wanted, but I’m not sure which categorys of judges he removed.
Schuette screwed up in his filing. He asked for relief on two fronts. The first was to deny the recount. The second was some mangled combination of allowing the recount but stopping it if it couldn’t be completed by a certain date. So he gave the judge an option and the judge took the second. Really stupid. I’m obviously not a lawyer but when I read the motion it just stood out as beyond stupid to give the judge the option he took.

Bush v. Gore is the case law that would apply here.
The judge’s order states that if the recount is later stopped then the state’s expenses can be taken from Stein’s fee.
So, she could end up paying a million dollars and not even getting a recount LOL!
The danger in the judge’s ruling is that Republican observers may not be set up in time to watch the counting and the Dems will get away with cheating.
I don’t think they could do enough cheating to change the result though. It would just be too much.
