As a candidate she doe have standing, but certainly getting desperate going Federal and bypassing the State. From my read a tough argument if the Green Party is contending State wide voter fraud and the State unable to address. Given that State law, not federal, regulates most aspects of the election why would the Federal courts want to intervene and systematically overrule all State law?
The Green Party wants the fed to help them break PA law.
