Is this weekend the EU DIES? Major votes in Italy and Austria could spark end of the bloc

THE EUROPEAN UNION looks set to be shattered by a potential influx of Eurosceptic country leaders who refuse to toe the line of the Brussels elite

This weekend Austria could be set to elect its first far-right leader while Italy could simultaneously lose its Europhile Prime Minister.

Both outcomes would be a massive blow to the Union as fear begins to spread around the the corridors of Brussels - both nations have put a vote to the people and could start the process of engineering themselves out of the EU.

The beleaguered EU boss Jean-Claude Juncker is watching his superstate dream slips away as the Brexit feeling from Britain spreads over the borders.

Terrified Mr Juncker admitted he knows Europeans have a “lack of love” for the Brussels club.

Mr Juncker said: “We can't deny or take away the people of Europe's right to express their views.

“Regarding referenda on EU membership, I think it is not wise to organise this kind of debate, not only because I might be concerned about the final result but because this will pile more controversy onto the huge number already present at the heart of the EU.”

And votes this weekend could be a crucial nail in the coffin.

Austria’s presidential election re-run will take place this weekend with voters heading to the polls on Sunday.

Hard right Norbert Hofer of the Freedom Party is up against former Green politician Alexander Van der Bellen and the stakes are high.

If Mr Hofer wins, he would be the first far-right head of state in the EU and it would cause uproar in the European Parliament.

The so-called “common market” had the present-day governmental structure in place. It also demanded that member states submit to its directives having the force of law, and the common agricultural policy was one of the most insidious ways of destroying independence prior to being able to push the common currency years later.

The common market was far more draconian than people get the impression it was; have a look at the treaty that established it.

Koniggratz will be reversed at last, and Vienna will be the capital of Germany, as always intended.

Nobody who wants to continue with any form of “European Union” is for true independence for his country, is my point.

And it is impossible to compare Washington with any socialistic-minded welfare-state-supporting politician. There can only be contrasts. This is what I learned over the years.

Mr Hofer is a Eurosceptic and is expected to introduce tough anti-immigrant Freedom Party - one directly opposed to neighbouring Germany’s ‘open-door’ rhetoric.

He sounds merely like a common-sense person - yet all the media articles I have read use the words "hard right," "far right," and some even use the word "nazi."

I know the main-stream media propaganda and group-think is bad in the US, but it seems multiples worse in Europe.

When the Common Market was founded in 1957 it was mainly a trading alliance with a bureaucracy set up to oversee it. Like any bureaucracy, it’s main mission is survival and expansion. And so, of course, over the years, the elites that ran it looked to gain ever more power, and they have been very successful.

It’s why the founders called for “peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none.”

I find it extremely encouraging that Trump has embraced the exact same policy. It’s why he’s against NAFTA and TPP and TTIP. He made it very clear that he favors bilateral agreements, rather than monstrous thousand page agreements among many countries that end up superseding our own constitution and doing away with our sovereignty. It’s exactly how the european countries ended up where they are.

“He sounds merely like a common-sense person”

Today, if you’re a common sense person wanting to protect your country from invaders, you’re a knuckle dragging, far, far right neanderthal Nazi.

Then it would be best if the whole thing is scrapped. Proof that a supranational government will not work.

It was an alleged trading alliance with specific political goals, including the “ever-closer union among the peoples of Europe”, “common action in eliminating the barriers which divide Europe” (blatantly Marxist and straight out of the Manifesto, per the “desire to abolish countries and nationality”), instituting a “common commercial policy to the progressive abolition of restrictions on international trade”, ASOASF. No mere trading alliance would stipulate such things, but an empire would.

Now of course bilateral agreements are the more stable of foreign trade policies, but we of course will have to project our power to insure that such socialistic-minded people who are the other parties to the agreement(s) do not violate them.

The phrase “supranational government” is merely Newspeak for “imperial government”. It is certainly not federal; it has no separation of powers (indeed, the elected Parliament has no power to write laws; that power rests with the unelected Commission which is the executive body), it does not recognize the people’s sovereignty, it lives according to the principle of territorial expansion, ad nauseam.

When the EU collapses hopefully they will have a public demolition of the Brussels HQ building.

Hard core Europhiles and European bureaucrats could be invited to enjoy the festivities from inside the premises!

There is nothing “far right” about this guy. His positions are simply to stop the crisis level Muslim immigration and block Turkey’s membership in the EU.

That is all CNN can come up with on him: http://www.cnn.com/2016/12/02/politics/austrian-election-norbert-hofer-profile/
