Oh please, grow up. Incentives to locate or remain in states have been consistently offered since the ‘60s. It’s good business sense and even the most basic thinker with two brain cells to rub together can figure ou. That incentive money is returned 10 times over by the taxes employees pay and by keeping jobs that all the suppliers of that business pay

Hmmmm $7 million in incentives and the company is going to invest $16 million in plant expansion? Who do you think is going to build that expansion? Are those construction workers going to pay taxes and support the local economy? What do you suppose the company is going to do with a bigger plant? Do you think they might hire more workers? Will those workers pay taxes and support the local economy?

Please! It’s a smart investment
