No. There are still some counties finalizing, and already Trump has gone up by 7k more. So you can lose the negativism. Washington Co. still to finalize, so he’ll be up more.
Ok, so Philly, Allegheny, Montgomery, and Berks are in already, and are finalized... and Washington is not quite to finalizing yet.
