Honestly, if these were in Philly and they were (as is said) uncounted absentees, I don’t think that’s all so unusual and not evidence of fraud.

If you told me 20,000 ballots were oustanding in Scottsdale, AZ, I’d bet 90% of those would be Trump.

There shouldn’t be a 20k vote disparity. The Rats are cheating but not good enough to win this round of the recount.
