This has nothing to do with the recount. These are from Philly and I think if the certification would have gone through on Monday as it was planned you would have heard about it earlier.

There are legitimate explanations for this. None to be concerned about. Besides worst case, Her Heinous would have to take PA, WI, and MI. Ain’t gonna happen. Donald will be our President January 20th at high noon.
Its not really. They don’t count provisional and some late arriving mail in unless the amount is higher than the remaining separation between the top candidates. Now that they are doing a recount they have added them in. They are now in. So that number should not grow.
