Are these “vote counters” trying to say Hillary received an additional 22,000
votes, but Donald Trump didn’t receive any?? I detest dealing with the left and the ease in which they commit fraud as thought it’s as natural as breathing. One of these day Karma is going to pay a serious visit to these crooks.

No, Trump also received some in Philly. It appears some of the confusion is the certified numbers from all counties have not yet updated on the SOS site.

Below is copied from Decision Desk HQ.

As we reviewed more rural counties today, Trump’s margin creeped back up.

Current tally in PA after reviewing a few more counties’ sites today:
Donald J. Trump (REP) 2,965,046
Hillary Clinton (DEM) 2,917,443

it is totals. here are some numbers: In Philadelphia, the new totals show Trump with 108,000 votes compared to Clinton’s 584,000. Trump’s numbers in the city are significant, as he won about 12,000 more votes than Mitt Romney did in 2012, despite Philly having 7,000 fewer registered Republicans this time around. (The city in general had 3,000 more registered voters.) However, John McCain beat them both in 2008 with 117,000 votes in Philadelphia.

Yes he did receive several thousand but the NET difference was 22k for Clinton and because it was Philly they were counting the % were within the averages for the democrat.
