Proving once again that the current President does not have a clue how our govt works. Poor thing .. He thought he was a dictator .. and his word was LAW .. expect more whining and pity parties when ObamaCare bites the dust.
I am sure he knows, he just knows how stupid many people are. So he speaks to play us all for fools.
