If someone got killed by an illegal who was funded by this fund, could the survivors sue the fund out of existence?
on the count of aiding and abetting?
Sounds like a way for a victims’s family to get some revenge....
I don't know but then, I've always wondered why cities that declare themselves sanctuary cities aren't legally liable for the actions of illegal alien criminals they are protecting in violation of the law. A few cities getting sued for millions of dollars repeatedly would solve that problem pronto.
