There are two more chance contenders: Slim and None.
Cant believe this is Bama’s “best ever”. Ole Miss had them down like 29-9 near the half, before their lack of discipline and especially Qb Kelly total fallout let them cruise to a win...........
I’d take the +4 and Ohio State
Western Michigan!
Deacon Blues.
I was thinking of that, too. :)
Ohio State..........And I don’t like them............
Steely Dan!.............
So far, I have’t seen any team that Alabama wouldn’t beat pretty badly. This year, Alabama seems a cut above everyone else.
College football has playoffs?
Sure Ole Smith had them down but who won the game? And, since that game Ole Smith went directly into the toilet and finished out of the running and NO BOWL GAME! So, take Ohio State. They might not make a bowl next year.
I am an Alabama fan but I don’t think they are unbeatable at all. I will say the defense is really good. The offense is nothing special.
Probably the best team in the country but I think they will still lose in the playoffs.
I’d give the Cleveland Browns a shot.
Lane Kiffen became the Alabama offensive coordinator after he was fired as head coach at USC.(Alabama beat USC 53-6 in their first game of the year)
Trojans dismiss coach Lane Kiffin

LOS ANGELES -- The USC Trojans fired coach Lane Kiffin less than six hours after a blowout loss at Arizona State.
Ed Orgeron was picked as USC's interim head coach by athletic director Pat Haden later Sunday. The Trojans (3-2, 0-2 Pac-12) have eight games left on their 13-game schedule.
"I want to tell you we're here as a staff to answer the bell," Orgeron said. "We're all accountable for what happened as a staff and as players. Us Trojans know how to do it."
Orgeron was Kiffin's assistant head coach and the former Mississippi head coach.
(snip)
USC fired Orgeron Too. Orgeron just became head coach at LSU
USC was #20 when they played, Ole Miss #19, Arkansas #16, Tennessee #9 (and Bama broke their will to continue), Texas A&M #6, LSU #13, Auburn #13, and Florida is ranked 15th now... as a 24 point underdog.
Also, you don't have to take my word for it: Alabama is #1 in strength of schedule this season.
I don't have a dog in this hunt, either
Clemson. ACC has a major chip on their shoulders with the SEC. And both teams are in the South, where football rules. Clemson has the best shot.
Dallas Cowboys might fight them to a tie.
Alabama’s second team?
Not sure Ohio State came get past Clemson (and it hurts me to say that). The Tigers can actually complete passes beyond 10 yards, unlike the Buckeyes.
