Right, was going to post something similar. The numbers seem a bit shocking, initially, by having a 22K gain for Clinton. However, I take it as good news. These were not “found” ballots. They were provisional ballots, absentee, etc. There were 5-6 late reporting counties/cities in high Democrat areas in PA. That is probably not a conspiracy but simply a matter of high population areas taking longer to count votes. And, my understanding is that this is why Jill Stein could petition these 5-6 counties separately—because they did report later. And as we saw yesterday, one of the counties (Montgomery) had a judge dismiss her recount request.

Also shows they have carefully considered all the ballots submitted on election night and there are fewer now to consider if PA does go to recount.

PA would not have been called on election night had there been enough outstanding ballots to change the outcome. But, that is probably why they did take so long to call it on election night/early the next morning. They wanted to make sure the margin was great enough to overcome the outstanding provisionals and absentees.

I don’t know all of the details of PA provisional ballots but I think your post makes a lot of sense. We’ve had the unofficial results, now these results (and again, even if you think Decision Desk HQ is crap - see the Philadelphia County Commissioners website, the numbers are there) which surely include all provisional and absentee ballots.

It’s over. It’s over +46k instead of +70k but who cares.

Your #53 nailed it.

The PA SOS numbers are the machine results submitted by Philly. Anyone can see for themselves:

PA: http://www.electionreturns.pa.gov/ENR_NEW
Philly: http://www.philadelphiavotes.com/en/resources-a-data/ballot-box-app

Philly has now counted the provisional ballots and the absentee which is why the lead dropped.

Provisional - HRC 7,673, Trump 866
Absentee - HRC 13,072, Trump 2,006
