I think that lessons in logical reasoning are also needed.

at this point there are a great many educated people that do not understand the difference between opinion and fact. they are taken in on arguments that appeal to there emotions rather then the consequences of an action.

because they have not been taught logical reasoning skills they believe what ever propaganda they are fed and what ever goes along with what they have been taught to expect and when they are shown evidence that they are wrong they question the validity of the proof because it does not come from a source that is expectable by those that have lied to them.

A return to the reading of the BIBLE is first and foremost. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. Application of the WORD is the foundation of a civilized society.

the bible is great but even with those that read the bible they are taken in by the propaganda of the left. I have a friend who is a devout Christian. who I know spends about an hour each day reading the bible. he is a big time liberal and despite his reading the bible really does not have an understanding of what he is reading because his thoughts are not grounded in logic and reason. the stuff I hear him say just boggles my mind at how counter it is to what IO get from reading the bible though I will admit I don’t read he bible as much as he does

The handy thing about truth (and what its enemies know and despise), is that it just *is*. It sits there in plain sight waiting for people to notice it. Hence the world of falsehood must occupy itself 24/7/365 to obscure the obvious.

It's like a hundred people working in a windowless building who had been told by management that the weather is horrible outside, that the driving wind and rain will wash them all away, that it is too dangerous to open the doors, it is too scary to travel, so everyone needs to remain at work in the nice dry and safe building.

And everybody sticks around because that's what they've been told. All they know and believe (and repeat) is that same erroneous weather report.

Then along comes some independent-minded soul who thinks to peek outside anyway - depite everyone else screaming at him "Don't do that, you'll kill us!" - and well well... it's a bright sunny day! Not a cloud in sight.

There go all the slaves. They can't flee the factory fast enough, save for those who would rather remain in bondage.

Liars naturally fear the guy who will open a door anyway, because reality instantly negates (supersedes, trumps) the workings of propaganda machines.

And God said, "Let there be light". And there was light.
