Appears it is true for all states that harbor illegals. Hopefully this will be turned around under Trump
Let’s hope so. Obama switched the census responsibilities to another department (I think it was Treasury, but could be wrong on that). And, IIRC Rahm was in charge of it - no hanky panky there, of course :-p
