No. It should have been though, because that is where Clinton’s N.Y. offices are.
The Obama Admin purposefully put the Clinton Foundation “investigation” into the Eastern District of New York, even though none of their offices are there. Eastern District is where Loretta Lynch came from, and she hired many of the attorneys there.
Do you know what district this guy is in? My hope is he will turn it over to him to decide, but I guess that’s up to sessions.
