Green Party candidate Jill Stein paid $3.5 million Tuesday to clear the way for Wisconsin's presidential vote recount but had a judge reject her lawsuit to require all Wisconsin counties to do the recount by hand.
Dane County Circuit Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn said the effort to force the hand recount — which was backed by Democrat Hillary Clinton’s campaign — did not meet the state’s legal standard for prohibiting the use of machines in the recount, saying that the two campaigns did not show a hand recount, though more thorough, was necessary or show there was a clear and convincing evidence of fraud or other problems.
Bailey-Rihn said there were good reasons to do a hand recount but no legal basis for her to mandate it.
"I follow the law. That's who I am despite my personal opinions," said Bailey-Rihn, who was elected to the bench last spring. "It's (the counties’) decision. It's their discretion. I may disagree with it … but I must follow the law."

Well I think that is the entire motivation here, funded by Soros, using Stein as the stalking horse for the new version of “Moveon” or “Correct the Record” type group. He’s been very successful in channeling left-wing hate and anger into these advocacy groups - remember Moveon came about after the Bill Clinton impeachment.
Now they have a mailing list of dopes who are so angry and desperate they will throw money at the longest of hail mary’s. They also have Soros’ money and organizations which set the template. This will become the Disloyal Opposition, Jill Stein. prop.

About 150 people attended a training session in Muskego on how to observe the recount of Wisconsin's presidential election vote. There will be another training session Wednesday evening in Madison.

There is no question that the WI recount will be completed well in advance of the deadline. It would have been more difficult if the court had mandated a hand count, but the machine count will start tomorrow (Dec. 1) and should be finished in a matter of days. The cost that Stein had to pay was the sum total of every county clerk’s input which includes overtime, etc and they were told they could hire “an infinite number of tabulators” if needed in order to complete the task well in advance of the deadline.
MI and PA may be a different story. But WI will not delay the Electoral College.
To delegitimize. To polarize. to energize.
Delegitimize - they can't win this election, but they can claim Trump didn't either. There are some sports stats that occurred during strike years, that will forever have an asterisk beside them - not legitimate. Like Bush in 2000 - "selected, not elected"
Polarize - keep the people divided, hateful, distrustful of one another.
Energize - the struggle goes on. As long as there's no resolution to the election fiasco, protests like blocking of highways, "occupy" sit-ins, etc. will continue.
The objective is to deny Trump's ability to govern, and claw back some power in '18. Expect this issue to be #1 in the next election, and probably the one after (2020)
also - if you do the math, once WI is recounted and the vote is certified as it will be for Trump, that’s it. Even if you could hallucinate flipping PA AND MI over to Hillary, with WI Trump would have 270 EVs.
