There is no question that the WI recount will be completed well in advance of the deadline. It would have been more difficult if the court had mandated a hand count, but the machine count will start tomorrow (Dec. 1) and should be finished in a matter of days. The cost that Stein had to pay was the sum total of every county clerk’s input which includes overtime, etc and they were told they could hire “an infinite number of tabulators” if needed in order to complete the task well in advance of the deadline.

MI and PA may be a different story. But WI will not delay the Electoral College.

also - if you do the math, once WI is recounted and the vote is certified as it will be for Trump, that’s it. Even if you could hallucinate flipping PA AND MI over to Hillary, with WI Trump would have 270 EVs.
