KANPUR: Former Delhi chief minister and Congress' chief ministerial candidate for the upcoming UP elections, Sheila Dikshit, joined the Aakroash rally taken out by the party against problems caused to people due to demonetization, in the city on Monday.
The rally was taken out from Ghantaghar and after passing through Naughada and Maniram Bagai, it concluded at Moojganj.
