I realize that the Supremes think that burning the US flag is OK and it’s illegal to burn a Pakistani flag.
As for the constitution, the word “flag” does not appear in in it afaik.
The pakistani flag comment is a straw man. If you can burn flags in political protest, you can urn any of them. You think only the supremes recognize the right to political protest?
Of course the word flag doesn’t appear. Shall we have a 10,000 page constitution so you don’t have to think and pay attention?
Carrying signs, wearing slogans on shorts, marching are also not spelled out, so what?
