Yes folks....I'd say it's just another pay to play scheme....but it's not. This looks like laundering.

They have violated WI election law. The fee is supposed to be calculated promptly at time of petition dropoff, and then paid inmfull right then and there.
This is complete bs and the elections board needs to be sued.
