Are those guys in blue firemen or cops? Can you see any uniform ID clearly? Firetruck at top of pic. They probably wouldn’t be doing cuffing, but rather waiting for a cop, wouldn’t they?
It's amazing that they've announced as much as they have so soon.
Fire personnel would not even be allowed on the scene until it was secured first by the cops. The cops clearly neglected to handcuff and secure the suspect.
Looks like the rightside front end of the vehicle was severely damaged, probably from running over people. The right front quarter panel appears all but missing.

And I’m waiting for Trump to double down on the Muslim registry, hopefully internment camps during extreme vetting of all persons from muslim majority countries, and the left bitching and whining about it. There are thousands of sleepers already here, hiding in plain sight. Their cells have had years to prepare for, and test us, for the asymmetrical warfare that’s coming. ‘Soft targets’ — day care, schools, nursing homes, VA, hospitals, malls, office centers, apartment bldgs, public bldgs etc etc — are the primary targets.
They’ve found that thru immigration and welfare, they can establish beachheads here, get paid generously, multiply and plan the infiltration, takeover and destruction of America, as they’re doing to Europe.

Sterilizing isn’t the answer. Killing the suspected and known terrorists, and deporting the rest, is what we’re facing. Jail, prison, rehab aren’t options anymore.
The sewage of islam can’t be allowed to infect Western Civilizations; the two just don’t coexist. They must be permanently quarantined in that ME hellhole.
Unfortunately, there’s too much toothpaste now out of the tube, to put any meaningful amount back in.
There are between 15,000 and 45,000 Somalis in Columbus, Ohio, depending on whether you count green cards, granted citizenship, and live births (15,000) or registered voters (60% of 45,000).
Some have arrived less than 5 years ago, while others came here in the 1980s. I live just north of one of two predominantly Somali neighborhoods, which are many miles apart so the Somalis don’t kill each other (different ethnic groups).
